No. Signing up to Victoris is free. On top of that, there are free challenges you can join without paying, and the Endless Challenge is free for every member.
At Victoris you'll find Long and Short Challenges. The former can be completed little by little, logging steps, km or calories for as long as you like. Short Challenges, meanwhile, can be done the same way as long challenges or in a single go (competitive format).
Not to worry. You will receive your medal or pack even if you go past the date you set: it will be sent as soon as you complete the challenge and tap "Finish challenge". The date is only a guide, to help you stay motivated.
Within your private area, you'll see the Challenges you're already enrolled in. To the right of any active and uncompleted Challenges, a "+Add Miles" button will appear.

When you tap it, a window will appear where you can enter the activity you want to log and the number of km, calories or steps. Once you have entered the amount, tap "Upload" and you will see your progress bar move forward. In the recent activities panel, you will see how Victoris converts your steps and calories into kilometres.

You can watch a video on how to add kms to a challenge in Our Youtube Channel.
Yes, no problem. You decide if you want to upload different activities to a Challenge or several.
It's a challenge with no finish line, and everything you do counts towards it: any sport, and any other challenge you take part in. You're enrolled automatically and it's free. It's where your kilometres light up the Silver coins. It never ends and it has no medal of its own.
Yes, automatically. As soon as you log an activity in any challenge, it also counts towards the Endless Challenge. There's no need to upload it twice.
You log them yourself; we trust you. If you compete in elite mode, you can upload a .gpx file from your watch or sports app for a more precise record.
No. Collectable coins are not sold: they are earned by reaching milestones. What you do buy is the medal for each challenge, which comes in its pack. They are different things.
When you unlock one, it joins a shipping queue. It travels at no additional cost alongside your next purchased challenge, with a maximum of one coin per shipment. You don't pay for a separate delivery and you don't have to claim it.
No. Coins give no discounts or financial perks: their value is the pride of having earned them and showing them off in your collection. (The discount for inviting friends does exist, but that's a separate reward from the referral programme.)
The medal is bought together with the challenge and you receive it when you complete it. The coin isn't bought: it's earned by reaching a milestone in the collection.
Yes. As well as the physical ones, there are digital stickers you can show off in your collection showcase inside the app.
The window to get them does: they are seasonal and produced in limited runs, so once the season closes that coin is no longer available. But a coin you have already earned is yours forever.
It's the top prize, above the coins. You get it by combining two achievements: Ambassador (bringing in 10 friends) and Chronicler (having your story published).
By completing the five challenges in the collection with a Medal or Super pack. Buying them isn't enough: you have to finish them.
No. Coins are not transferable and have no financial value: they are a personal recognition of your effort.
You share your invitation link. Your friend gets a welcome discount when they sign up and, when they make their first purchase, you get yours. You both win.
€5 as a discount code, for each of you.
No. It's a discount code to use on a Victoris order. It can't be cashed in or transferred to anyone else.
Yes, 90 days after it is issued.
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
When they complete their first paid purchase, not when they sign up. Signing up activates your friend's welcome discount; their first purchase activates yours.
By card, Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the MONEI gateway. We don't store your card details.
When you register for the challenge. The medal or pack is prepared and shipped when you complete it, not when you pay.
Yes, you can cancel. You get the medal back in full as long as we have not started engraving it, and engraving does not begin until you click "Finish challenge".
The part of the challenge you have already covered is deducted from your registration. If you have not recorded a single kilometre, you get everything back.

Victoris ships through SEUR and Correos. Depending on the product and the place, the shipping costs will be adjusted automatically.
We don't make money with shipping costs. Every time we increase our user numbers we negotiate the shipping methods to decrease shipping costs.
Once the event or race is completed, we will send your medal within 5 days.
If we do not have stock at that point, we will notify you by email; in that case, delivery could take up to a month.
Once finished, inside your private area under the completed Challenge, a button should appear that says "Finish challenge"; once you click it, you'll be asked to confirm your shipping details.
Attention!, it is at that physical address where you will receive your order.
You can watch a video on how to finish a challenge at Our Youtube Channel.
No. The .gpx file is processed entirely in your own browser: only aggregate figures (distance, time, elevation) ever reach our servers. Your route never leaves your phone.
Not yet. You can export the .gpx file from your watch or sports app and upload it manually to Victoris.
On the leaderboard, other participants see your username, avatar, country and your results. We never show your real name, email, phone number or address.
No, never. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
