How are shipments made?

Victoris ships via SEUR and Correos. Shipping costs adjust automatically according to the product and destination.

How long does it take to receive a medal?

Once the event is completed we will ship the medal within 5 days. If we have no stock we will notify you and it may take up to a month.

What types of challenges are there?

There are Long Challenges and Short Challenges. Long ones can be completed gradually over time. Short ones can also be completed in a single run (competitive mode) by submitting a GPX file.

How do I register?

Click "Register" in the main menu, fill in the registration form with your personal details and address, then click Register when the button becomes active.

How do I sign up for a challenge?

Add the challenge to your cart in the store and complete the checkout. Alternatively, if logged in, go to Challenges, open the challenge you want and click "Sign up for this event".

What if I set a deadline but do not finish in time?

Nothing happens. You will receive your medal or pack as soon as you complete the challenge and click "Finish Challenge". The date is only a motivation guide.

I finished my challenge — how do I request my pack?

In your private area, click the "Finish challenge" button in the completed challenge and confirm your shipping address.

How do I add kilometres to my challenge?

In your private area, active challenges show a "+Add Km" button. Click it, select the activity type and enter the distance, calories or steps.

Can I add the same km to two different challenges?

Yes, without any problem. You decide which challenges to submit your activities to.

Victoris offers race organisers the possibility to create custom medals for their events.

Once you have purchased a challenge, go to your private area and click the first icon on the right of the active challenge.

The certificate is available only after finishing the challenge. Go to your private area, open the completed challenge and click the first icon on the right.
